ระยะเวลา และข้อตกลงในการถ่ายภาพงานแต่งงานปี 2020

 

ข้อตกลงในการทำงาน 

  • จำนวนช่างภาพที่ต้องการสำหรับถ่ายงานแต่งงาน ขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการ ของคู่บ่าวสาวเป็นหลัก
  • ระยะเวลาการทำงานของช่างภาพตามที่ตกลง
  1. 6 ชั่วโมง สำหรับ 1 คิวงาน (งานหมั้นหรืองานเลี้ยงฉลองมงคลสมรส)
  2. 9 ชั่วโมง สำหรับ 1.5 คิว (งานหมั้นเช้าเลี้ยงฉลองมงคลสมรสเที่ยง)
  3. 12 ชั่วโมง สำหรับ 2 คิว (งานหมั้นและงานเลี้ยงฉลองมงคลสมรส)

*หากล่วงเวลาดังกล่าวทางทีมงานจะคิดค่าล่วงเวลา*

  • ในกรณีที่ OAT-CHAIYASITH ไม่สามาถถ่ายงานได้ด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น เจ็บป่วย หรือ อุบัติเหตุ ทาง OAT-CHAIYASITH จะส่งทีมงานไปทำการถ่ายภาพแทน โดยที่จะปรับราคาค่าถ่ายภาพลดลงเป็นอัตราค่าบริการของทีม

ขั้นตอนหลังวันงาน และการส่งงาน


ภาพนิ่ง

  • ทางคุณ OAT CHAIYASITH จะเป็นคนเลือกรูปที่ถ่ายมาทั้งหมด รวมถึงปรับแต่งด้วยตัวเอง
  • รูปภาพที่เสร็จแล้ว จะส่งมอบให้แก่คู่บ่าวสาวอย่างน้อย 500 รูป
  • รูปภาพทั้งหมดที่เสร็จแล้ว จะส่งให้แก่ลูกค้าด้วยไฟล์ Slide Show และ ไฟล์ภาพ JPEG  2 แบบด้วยกัน ได้แก่
  1. ไฟล์ความละเอียดสูง (High Resolution)
  2. ไฟล์ความละเอียดต่ำ (Low Resolution)

*ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ให้ RAW File แก่ลูกค้าทุกกรณี*

วีดีโอ

  • วีดีโอที่เสร็จแล้ว จะส่งมอบให้แก่คู่บ่าวสาวจำนวน 2 ไฟล์
  1. วีดีโอ Highlight ความยาวประมาณ 3-5 นาที
  2. วีดีโอ Footage จากกล้องทุกตัวรวมกัน
  • ทางทีมงานจะส่งมอบงานทั้งภาพนิ่งและวีดีโอให้กับคู่บ่าวสาวภายใน 12 สัปดาห์ หลังจากวันแต่งงาน

ลิขสิทธิ์

  • ภาพทั้งหมดอยู่ภายใต้ลิขสิทธิ์์ของ OAT-CHAIYASITH และคู่บ่าวสาว
  • ถ้าคู่บ่าวสาวต้องการนำรูปภาพไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ จะต้องได้รับการยินยอมจาก OAT CHAIYASITH  เท่านั้น
  • รูปภาพทั้งหมดทาง OAT-CHAIYASITH สามารถนำไปใช้ใน Portfolio , Social Media และ Website

การชำระเงิน

  • ชำระเงินมัดจำล่วงหน้า 50% เพื่อเป็นการจองคิวงานล่วงหน้า
  • ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนที่เหลืออีก 50% สามารถชำระได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากวันงาน
  • ในกรณีที่สถานที่แต่งงานอยู่ต่างจังหวัด(นอกกรุงเทพฯ) จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มอีก ครึ่งคิว ซึ่งรวมค่าเดินทางและค่าที่พัก
  • ในกรณีสถานที่แต่งงานอยู่ต่างประเทศ ค่าเดินทางและค่าที่พัก จะไม่รวมอยู่ในค่าถ่ายภาพ ซึ่งทางลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นคนดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งสองส่วนนี้
  • ในกรณีที่งานมีการเลื่อนเวลาออกไป กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อน 1 เดือน และสามารถเลื่อนได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น ถ้าหากแจ้งล่วงหน้ากะทันหันหรือเลื่อนเกิน 1 ครั้งจะต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
  • ในกรณีที่เลื่อนวันจัดงานไปตรงกับวันที่ทาง OAT-CHAIYASITH และ ทีม ติดคิวงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินมัดจำ 50%
  • ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิก ทางลูกค้าจะไม่สามารถเรียกคืนเงินมัดจำได้

 

Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions 2020

 

Work Agreement

  • The number of photographers working the wedding will primarily be decided by the Bride and Groom.
  • The photographer’s working hours as per contract
  1. 6 hours per 1 event (wedding ceremony OR wedding reception)
  2. 9 hours per 1.5 events (wedding ceremony with luncheon)
  3. 12 hours per 2 events (wedding ceremony AND wedding reception)

*If the events run past the allotted time overtime charges will be applied*

  • In the case OAT-CHAIYASITH is unavailable for work due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to, illness or accidental injuries OAT-CHAIYASITH will dispatch a photography team in his stead. The costs will then be adjusted downward to match photography team fees.

After-Event Production and Deliverables 

  1. Still Images
  • OAT-CHAIYASITH will personally select and edit all photographs.
  • A minimum of 500 selected images shall be provided to the Bride and Groom.
  • All completed images will be delivered in Slide Show format as well as 2 JPEG variants.
  1. High Resolution
  2.  Low Resolution

*RAW files will not be provided under any circumstances*

  1. Video
  • The Bride and Groom will be provided with 2 video files
  1. A 3-5 minute Highlight video
  2. A video file of cumulative footage taken from all cameras the team recorded of the event
  • All deliverables, still images and video, will be completed within 12 weeks after event date.

Copyrights / Licensing

  • All video footage and images are copyright of OAT-CHAIYASITH and the Bride and Groom.
  • In the case the Bride and Groom wishes to use the images for commercial purposes, expressed permission of OAT-CHAIYASITH must be obtained beforehand.
  • All images may be used by OAT-CHAIYASITH for use in Social Media, Website, and Portfolio.

Payment

  • 50% of total quoted fee to be paid upfront as a time reservation fee.
  • The remaining fees to be paid within 7 days after the event date.
  • In the case of domestic events outside Bangkok, an additional half-event (3 hours) is charged, which includes travel and accommodations costs.
  • In the case of international events, travel and accommodations costs are separate from the photography cost and are the responsibility of the client.
  • The event date may be moved / postponed once, with no additional charge, if notified at least one month in advance of the originally set event date. If the date is changed more than once, or the change is made on shorter notice, a penalty fee will be applied.
  • In the case of postponement, if OAT-CHAIYASITH and team is unavailable on the event’s new date, the 50% reservation fee will not be returned.

If the event is cancelled, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
